Website information is provided for general educational purposes and does not replace an in-person consultation, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual treatment suitability, risks, benefits, and results vary. Please discuss your personal health history and goals directly with your practitioner.

Appointments and third-party booking

Online appointment requests are handled through the practice’s booking provider. Standard aesthetic consultations are free ($0), with no reservation deposit, consultation fee, credit card requirement or obligation to purchase treatment. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; no consultation cancellation or no-show charge applies. Treatment costs are separate and will be discussed before any treatment is performed. Paid-procedure terms are separate from the free consultation policy. Please review the Appointment & Cancellation Policy before booking.

Separate financial and membership terms

Treatment payments, prepaid services, purchased wallet credits, and refund requests are addressed in the separate Financial Policy. The AB Glow Wallet Program Agreement describes monthly contributions, benefits, cancellation and redemption. Membership enrollment is available in person only at AB House of Aesthetics, 7501 Hospital Drive, Suite 205, Sacramento, CA 95823. Before activation, clients must review and sign the membership agreement, recurring-payment authorization, and applicable consent documents in person. This website does not offer membership enrollment, membership payments, or electronic activation. Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not activate membership or authorize recurring payments.

Inquiries and privacy

The website inquiry form is for general questions, not secure medical intake. Do not submit private medical information or payment-card details. Please review the Privacy Policy and ask the practice for its approved clinical communication channel. Aesthetic Record handles booking separately; its applicable terms and notices also govern use of that service.
