Complimentary consultations

Standard aesthetic consultations are free ($0), with no deposit, credit card requirement, or obligation to purchase treatment. No consultation cancellation or no-show fee applies. Treatment costs are separate and are discussed before treatment.

Treatment payments and personalized quotes

Treatment recommendations and final pricing depend on consultation, treatment quantities, and patient suitability. Review your personalized quote and any applicable payment terms before agreeing to treatment. This policy does not establish a new treatment deposit or payment schedule.

Prepaid services and purchased wallet credits

Payments for services not yet performed and purchased Glow Wallet credits are distinct from payments for completed treatments and from cancellation fees. Canceling Glow Wallet membership does not automatically forfeit remaining purchased credits. Eligible redemption and membership details are described in the Glow Wallet Program Agreement.

Completed treatments and refund requests

A refund request relating to a completed treatment is considered separately from a request concerning unused prepaid services or wallet credits. Contact the practice to discuss the payment, services provided, and your concern. Refunds must follow applicable California law and the terms lawfully disclosed and agreed to before purchase. No blanket non-refundable or forfeiture rule is imposed by this policy, and no legally required refund or cash-redemption right is waived.

Appointment cancellation fees

The Appointment & Cancellation Policy separately explains the 24-hour notice request for free consultations and the notice and fee terms for paid treatments. Paid-treatment cancellation fees must be clearly disclosed and appropriately authorized before they are charged, and collection must be lawful. Free consultations are exempt.
