Standard aesthetic consultations: free ($0)
All standard aesthetic consultations at AB House of Aesthetics are completely free. No reservation deposit, consultation fee or credit card is required, and there is no obligation to purchase treatment.
Your consultation is complimentary, with no consultation fee, reservation deposit, credit card requirement or obligation to purchase treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment to another patient.
Treatment costs are separate and will be discussed before any treatment is performed.
Canceling or rescheduling a free consultation
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This is a courtesy request. Free consultations have no cancellation or no-show fees.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Repeated no-shows may result in restricted online scheduling, with future appointments arranged directly through our office.

Paid procedures: separate terms
The free consultation policy above does not apply to paid procedures.
Paid treatment appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Missed paid treatment appointments are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment price, only where lawful and with appropriate prior payment authorization.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may also be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled treatment price, with a courtesy waiver for the first late cancellation.
Reasonable exceptions for emergencies may be made at the practice’s discretion.
Cancellation fees must be clearly disclosed and appropriately authorized before collection, and may only be collected where lawful. These charges are separate from treatment payments, prepaid services, and purchased wallet credits. Refund requests are addressed under our separate Financial Policy and applicable California law, not a blanket no-refund rule.
Please discuss the terms for your paid procedure with the practice before booking. No paid-procedure fee or deposit applies to a standard aesthetic consultation.
