AB Glow Wallet Program Agreement

Membership enrollment is available in person only at AB House of Aesthetics, 7501 Hospital Drive, Suite 205, Sacramento, CA 95823. Before activation, clients must review and sign the membership agreement, recurring-payment authorization, and applicable consent documents in person. This website does not offer membership enrollment, membership payments, or electronic activation.

Monthly membership and recurring authorization

AB Glow Wallet membership is $149 per month. With the member’s express authorization, the membership renews and the authorized payment method is charged $149 each monthly billing cycle until canceled. The billing date, recurring charge, renewal authorization, cancellation procedure, and agreement must be clearly disclosed before enrollment. Visiting this website does not authorize a charge. Submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation does not activate membership or authorize recurring payments.

Your purchased wallet credits

100% of each $149 monthly payment becomes treatment wallet credit. Unused purchased credits accumulate and roll over while membership is active. Wallet funds may be applied toward eligible treatments, packages, and approved skincare products at AB House of Aesthetics.

Member pricing and benefits

Active members receive exclusive member pricing, priority scheduling when available, early access to promotions, and applicable birthday or promotional rewards. Eligible treatments may be purchased with accumulated wallet credits at member pricing. See our regular and member price comparison.

No specific birthday reward amount or promotional value is promised by this agreement. Any applicable promotional restrictions, eligibility requirements, and reward conditions must be disclosed with the particular offer before it is accepted. Purchased credits and promotional rewards are distinct.

Canceling membership

You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Email info@ABhouseofaesthetic.com with the subject “Cancel Glow Wallet,” your name, and a request to stop future membership billing. You may also contact the office at 916-910-0018. Do not send payment-card information by email.

Cancellation stops future recurring payments and ends member-only benefits and pricing. No new minimum commitment or advance-notice period beyond cancellation before the next billing cycle is imposed by this agreement. Membership enrollment is in person only. Use the email or phone contact above to request cancellation; this website does not provide an account cancellation portal.

Purchased credits after cancellation

Remaining purchased wallet credits are not automatically forfeited upon cancellation. They remain available for eligible purchases under this agreement and applicable California law. Member-only pricing no longer applies after cancellation. This agreement does not add a new expiration date or forfeiture provision for purchased credits.

Redemption and refunds

Wallet credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Refunds are governed by the separate Financial Policy and applicable California law. Nothing in this agreement removes a right to a refund or cash redemption that the law requires.

Medical eligibility and appointments

All services remain subject to medical eligibility, professional judgment, and applicable treatment restrictions. Membership does not guarantee treatment suitability or results. Treatment recommendations, quantities, and final pricing are discussed before treatment. Our separate Appointment & Cancellation Policy applies to appointments; free consultations remain exempt from cancellation and no-show fees.

Before recurring billing begins

The full recurring-charge disclosure, authorization, cancellation instructions, redemption rules, and any applicable promotional restrictions must be provided during in-person enrollment before activation. Membership billing will not begin until the enrollment and cancellation process is operational and the agreement has received qualified California legal review.
